5.1

Selecting postal rates

Postal rates can be selected using the mymail's built-in rate table, i.e. the mymail
requests all the data required for calculating postage one after the other: destination
type special service. You select the desired setting respectively with the arrow
keys and confirm with
The set postal rates for postage calculation can be displayed at any time in
the Rate menu with the
If you do not want to use any special services:

Select "Rate" in the main menu and
confirm.
The mymail opens the Rate menu and
asks for the destination of the mailpiece.
Select the desired Destination and
confirm (e.g. Within UK, Europe).
Select Type of mail and confirm (e.g.
letter, parcel).
Select "None" and confirm.
The mymail displays "Category selected"
briefly and returns to the main menu.
The weight display appears – the scales
are switched on.
