Connection troubleshooting

If your connection isn't working, check your Hub lights using the table below.
Hub light status
Power light is off
Power light is red
Power light
is orange
Broadband
light is off
Broadband light is
flashing orange
for more than
few minutes
To restart your Hub, press and release the Restart button on the back of your Hub.
Wait for the Power light to glow blue.

There's a problem
Check your power cable's plugged in correctly at the socket
with your power
and that mains power is on. Note: check your Hub's Power
supply or power is off
