Detach belt shield from cvlinder head

Bend out shield to free it from camshaft. lf necessary
s l a c k e n c o o l a n t p u m p u p p e r b o l t .
K e e p s h i e l d i n o u t e r p o s i t i o n w i t h a p i e c e o f w o o d .

Remove camshaft front sprocket
U s e 5 1 9 9 t o h o l d s p r o c k e t i n p o s i t i o n w h e n l o o s e n i n g
b o k . [ 4 . k e s u r e t h a t c a m s h a f t d o e s n o t r o t d t e .
Tap sprocket to free it from camshaft.

Lift off pump belt
S l a c k e n m o u n t i n g b o l t s f o r i n j e c t i o n p u m p b r a c k e t t o
r e l e a s e b e l t t e n s i o n .

Lift off belt.

Remove camshaft rear sprocket
H o l d s p r o c k e t i n p o s i t i o n w i t h 5 1 9 9 a n d
s P r o c k e t w i l h w r e n c h 5 2 0 1 .
Take care nol to rolare camshaft.
