Remove vibration damper
Bemove four Allen screws (6 mm).
Pull otJ vibration damper. Note! Crankshaft gear may
sometimes stick to vibration damper.

Remove lower timing gear cover and belt
Slacken coolant pump retaining bolts to release belt
tension. Remove belt.

Replace idle. pulley

Renrove center bolt.

Remove camshaft rear sprocket and belt
H o l d s p r o c k e t i n p o s i t i o n w i t h 5 1 9 9 a n d u n s c r e w
s p r o c k e t w i t h w r e n c h 5 2 0 1 .
