Cylinder head, removal

Remove belt from camshaft sprocket
S l a c k e n c o o l a n t p u m p m o u n t i n g b o l t s a n d b e l t t e n
R e m o v e b e l t f r o m s p r o c k e t .

Bemove camshaft front sprocket
Use 5199 to hold sprocket in posjtion when toosening
bolt. IMake sure that camshaft does not rotate.
Tap sprocket to free it from camshaft.
Lift off pump belt
S l a c k e n m o j n t i n s b o l t s f o r i n j e c t i o n p u m p
re ease belt tension. Tighten one bo t so
r e m a a n s i n u p p e r p o s i t i o n .
Lift off belt.

Remove camshaft rear sprocket
H o l d s p r o c k e t i n p o s i t i o n w i t h 5 1 9 9 a n d u n s c r e w
sprocket with wrench 5201- Take care not to rorate
