Install timing gear covers ({ront and rearl

Iightening torque 25 Nm (18 ft lbs).

Reconnect return pipe to rear iniector

Install plunger and vacuum pump
Check O ring, replace if necessary-
Connect vacuum hose (from brake seruo); to pLrmp.

lnstall:
wire to glow plug
-wires to temperature senders (2 X), one at rear and
one lo left of cylinder head.

Connect:
lower radiato. hose to radiator
- 'rpper radiato. hose
- hoses for cold siart device to cylincler head and theF
