Settings concerning the ID & Print User Box can be specified. Settings can be specified for the following.

Touch [4 User Authentication/Account Track] in the Administrator Settings screen.

Touch [2 User Authentication Settings].

Touch [ID & Print Settings].

Specify the desired settings, and then touch [OK].

Description
•
[ON]: Select this setting to enable the ID & Print User Box.
•
[OFF]: Select this setting to disable the ID & Print User Box.
Select the operation that is performed when data where authentication information was not
specified from the printer driver is selected to be saved in the ID & Print User Box.
•
[Print Immediately]: Print the data without saving it in the ID & Print User Box.
•
[Save]: Save the data in the ID & Print User Box.
