9. Limited Warranty
Disclaimer of Consequential Damage:
Any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent that either may apply to
any NorTrac™ tractor or compact crawler / bulldozer, shall be limited in duration to the periods of the express
warranties shown above, and to the extent permitted by law any and all implied warranties are excluded. In
no event will NorTrac or Northern Tool & Equipment Company, Inc. be liable for any loss of income, loss of time
or use of the product, transportation, hiring of alternative services, commercial loss or any other incidental,
consequential, or special damages and / or expenses. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an
implied warranty lasts and / or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages,
so the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal
rights which may vary from state to state.
