Fault Reasons
(1) Wiring is wrong, broken or not
making good contact.
(2) Rotor circuit broken.
(3) Rectified diode damaged.
(4) Carbon brush is not making proper
contact.
(5) Regulator is damaged.
(1) The drive V-belt is loose.
(2) Bad contact with the carbon brush
and the slide ring contaminated by
oil.
(3) The regulator is damaged.
(4) Not enough electrolytes in the battery
or it is sulfurized or too old.
(1) Regulating voltage for the regulator is
too high.

Fault Reasons
(1)The electrolyte level is too low.
(2) Short circuit between electrode
plates.
(3) Sulphurization of the electrode

(4) Poor circuit connector contact, or
oxide on pole is too much.

of the battery.

between positive/negative poles.
