Troubleshooting
If paper is misfed at the fusing
unit, grasp the bottom of the
paper with both hands and
gently pull it out.

Reinstall the drum cartridge.

Reinstall the toner cartridge.

Close the top cover, and then open the face-down tray.
Printing automatically restarts from the page that was misfed.
Clearing a media jam in the output tray

Carefully pull the misfed media out of the tray.

Open the top cover and close it again in order to reset the printer.
