Setting the CTI application

Setting the CTI application
The "TAPI" CTI application is set on your telephone as a default. Therefore, when
you want to operate a TAPI application (e.g. Avaya Com4Tel), you do not need to
change any other settings. However, if another CTI application has been connected,
you must proceed as follows:
Press the M
Scroll to the Settings menu item.
Confirm selection.
Scroll to the CTI application (TAPI) menu item.
Press the "Modify" softkey several times, if required, until the setting changes
to CTI application (Other CTI).
Press the "Save" softkey.
You now need to use the "CTI setup" menu item to carry out additional settings for
this CTI application, e.g. protocol type or dialing method.
• Instructions on logging on a CTI application can be found in the section entitled
Registering a CTI application (
