You can program the Windows Journal button to perform an
action other than opening Windows Journal.
To program the Windows Journal button:

Click or tap Start, then click or tap Control Panel. The
Control Panel window opens. If your Control Panel is
in Category View, click or tap Printers and Other
Hardware.
Click/Double-click or tap/double-tap Tablet and Pen
Settings. The Tablet and Pen Settings dialog box opens.
Click or tap the Tablet Buttons tab.
Description
Performs the same action as the E
key on the keyboard.
Performs the same action as the Back
button in an Internet browser.
