2. Squeeze the fuel line primer bulb several times until it feels firm.
3. Set the lanyard stop switch to "RUN" position. Refer to General
Information - Lanyard Stop Switch.
4. Set the remote control handle to neutral position.
5. Cold Temperature - It may be helpful to prime the engine 1 to 3 times
using the manual primer knob before starting.
IMPORTANT: Electric starting outboard models must not be started
manually using the starter rope, or run, without having the battery leads
connected to a battery. Damage to the charging system could result.
