Options and related devices
Combining the terminal with optional accessories supports a
wide variety of uses from personal use to business use. Some
products are unavailable depending on the area.
For details, contact a sales outlet such as docomo Shop. For
details about the optional devices, refer to the instruction
manual for each device.

When using the terminal overseas, use the adapter plug that is
suitable for use in your travel destination. Also, do not charge the
battery with a transformer for overseas travel.

Troubleshooting (FAQ)
Troubleshooting
Check for the necessity of software update first, and update
the software if necessary.
When checking the following items does not improve
symptoms, contact "Repairs" on the last page of this manual
(in Japanese only) or DOCOMO-specified repair office.
Power supply and charging
The terminal cannot be turned ON.
Is the battery exhausted?
The screen freezes and the terminal cannot be turned
off.
If the screen does not respond or the power cannot be
turned off, press and hold P for 8 seconds or more to
shut down the power forcibly.
* Note that data and settings may be erased since that is an operation for
shutting down the power forcibly.
