Description
System board for use in models with WES7
Front I/O panel
CAUTION:
When replacing the system board, make sure to remove the following components (as applicable) from
the old system board and install them on the new system board:
Memory modules
mSATA drive
Processor
WLAN module
Graphics board
1.
Prepare the computer for disassembly
2.
Remove the access panel
3.
Remove the front fan
4.
Remove the drive cage
5.
Remove the fiber NIC assembly
6.
Remove the heat sink
7.
Disconnect the rear fan cable from the system board.
8.
Remove the power button cable from atop the front I/O panel.
9.
Disconnect any remaining cables connected to the system board, noting their location for
reinstallation.
