Establishing a Web-interface session through a Web

browser

You can access the switch module through IP-enabled devices that are

connected to the BladeCenter unit management module. An Ethernet

connection to the management-module external ports on the BladeCenter unit

is required. For more information, see the following documents:

v Installation and User's Guide for the BladeCenter unit

v BladeCenter Management Module User's Guide

v BladeCenter Management Module Installation Guide for the BladeCenter unit

To establish a Web-interface session through a Web browser, complete the

following steps:

1. Open a Web browser on the network-management workstation.

2. Type one of the following Web addresses in the address field. These Web

addresses contain default IP addresses.

For I/O bay 3:

http://192.168.70.129

For I/O bay 4:

http://192.168.70.130

Press Enter.

The I/O-module Advanced Web Tools interface window opens.
