To access your mailbox by computer
1.
Launch Internet browser such as Windows Internet Explorer.
2.
In the Address window enter the IP Address of voice mail:

When the Mailbox Manager page is seen, enter:
User ID (9+extension number)
Security Code
4.
Choose your preferred language from the available system languages, and click "Login".
To access your mailbox by telephone from inside your organization
1.
Call the voice messaging system.
2.
When the system greets you, enter:
Personal ID
Security Code
For assistance, call:
Name
Extension
