The following will flash
in the display:
Anti-crease
alternately with
Chk detergent
A To switch off the fault message: Switch the washing machine off with K button.

Possible cause
– The water outlet is
blocked or
restricted.
– The drain hose has
been fixed too high.
– The water inlet is
blocked or
restricted.
The water protection
system has reacted.
There is a fault.
Excessive foam has
built up during
washing.
Remedy A
– Clean the drain filter and
the drain pump.
– The maximum delivery
head is 1 m.
Check whether
– the tap is opened wide
enough.
– the inlet hose is kinked.
Call Miele
Start the programme again.
If the fault message
appears again, contact
Miele.
Use less detergent next
time and follow the
manufacturer's instructions
on dosage given on the
packaging.
