Quick Start
1. Make sure the cycle is plugged in
2. Press the 'mode' button
3. Begin pedalling
4. Adjust the resistance level with the '+' / '-' key.
5. The values of time, distance and calories will start counting upwards
Console Display and Feedback
scan
Automatically scans through the
feedback modes, each being displayed
for 5 seconds.
time
Time exercised this session; default
counts up from zero, but counts down if
a target has been set.
speed
Current speed you are cycling at in
km/h.
distance
Distance travelled this session in km;
default counts up from zero.
NOTE: The '
' will display around the
window in a clockwise direction to track
the distance has traveled. One lap is
300m running track.
calories
Approximate calories burned this
sesssion (for compairsion only, not to
be used for medical purposes); default
counts up from zero.
Button Functions
enter 'target setting' mode,
press and hold for total
reset.
increase values setting
in 'target setting' mode,
select a workout program
(P0 to P6)
decrease values setting
in 'target setting' mode,
select a workout program
(P6 to P0)
confirm current values

Displays the preset programs - manual,
P1 ~ P6 also the load level during
exercise program selected you L1 ~ L8.
pulse
Current heart rate in beats per minute
(bmp) / 40 ~ 240.
NOTE: You can press 'mode' to reactive
this function after 8 senconds no pulse
signal input.
Displays the resistance level in manual
mode and program profile in program
mode.
Pre – workout
switches between the feedback
modes as described above
