Assembly

When using accessories, some parts must be mounted before assembling.
Check their mounting positions in IV "Using Accessories" before
mounting them.
Attach the pillar to the stand.

Insert the pillar straight into the stand with the
groove of the pillar located down as far as the
pillar reaches to the bottom. Clamp the pillar
using the clamp tool.
Place the stand on the level surface.

Mount the stage plate.

Fit the stage plate into the stand base. Tighten
the stage plate camp screw using the clamp
tool to fix the stage plate.
Fix the P-FMD focusing mount to the

pillar.
Insert the focusing mount to the pillar with
the zooming body attaching dovetail facing
front until it reaches to the bottom of the
pillar.
Mount the zooming body.

Remove the rubber cover for zooming body
clamp screw, and you will find the clamp
screw inside. Slide the zooming body along
the attaching dovetail on the focusing mount
until it reaches to the stopper pin. Tighten the
clamp screw using the minus screw driver.
Reattach the rubber cover.
