PROBLEM
Dripping from faucets (gravity stainless
steel faucet)
Noisy unit
No magnetic slow mixer rotation
No mechanic slow mixer rotation
CAUSE
Nicked or wrong stainless steel gravity
piston gasket
Faucet piston out of closing position
Bowls faucet rim damaged
Worn impellers
Bent fan blade
Noisy fan or pump motor
Magnetic lock decoupling (chattering)
Noisy ball bearings (Arctic Compact
series with multiple bowls only)
Defective drive motor
Magnetic mixer does not rotate freely on
pivot
Ice on the evaporator
Defective drive motor
Product excessive thicknes

REMEDY
Replace stainless steel piston gasket
Check for stainless steel piston free
movement. If necessary clean both piston
and bowl housing.
Check for faucet handle free movement, if
necessary replace faucet handle
Replace bowl
Replace impellers
Re-bent fan blade to correct aligment
Replace noisy motor
Verify planarity of pump motor bracket
Replace magnetic pulley assembly
Replace drive motor
Clean both mixer and pivot from traces of
product and if necessary lubricate them
with food grade grease
Increase product level into the bowl
Adjust temperature setting
Check thermostats
Replace drive motor
