Riding Form
Your posture and stance affect your ability to ride safely:
Be alert. Scan both far ahead and in front of the Wheels—your
eyes are your best tool for safely avoiding obstacles and slippery
surfaces.
Keep a firm grip on the Handlebar, your legs loose, and knees
and elbows bent. This helps you maintain your balance over
rough terrain.
