Install each Wedge Clamp, curved side facing down, on either
side of the LeanSteer Frame base.
3.
Loosely thread the fastener through the Wedge Clamps.
4.
Prior to tightening the fastener, visually check that the Handlebar
is straight and centered. If it is not straight and centered, adjust
the LeanSteer Frame.
5.
Tighten the fastener to 11.0 N-m (8.1 ft-lbf).
