Installing Your Bowflex Ultimate
Install leg Extension Seat
1. P lace Hooks on Leg Extension Seat Frame over the
posts on the Leg Extension Attachment.
2. M ake sure the Cross Bar on the Seat Frame rests in
the Bracket on the Sliding Seat Frame.
Install Preacher Curl Attachment
1. P lace Hooks on Preacher Curl Attachment over the posts
on the Leg Extension Attachment.
2. H ook the Curl Bar to the Webbing attached to the Roller
Pad Bar on the Leg Extension Attachment.
