Installing Your Bowflex Ultimate
Install Squat Attachment
1. M ake sure the Seat T Handle is Locked in position on
the Seat Rail. (See Figure A)
2. F old Seat Rail up and insert Squat Holder into the
Round Hole on the Seat Rail. Make sure the Squat
Holder locks securely into Seat Rail. (See Figure C )
3. H ook the lower Hook on the Squat Attachment up
onto the lower Post on the Seat Frame.
4. R otate Squat Attachment up until it locks into place.
