Username and Password

The Cable Company, User Equipment, Cable Modem, and
Diagnostic links require a username and password.
The default username is User. The default password is
Password. To change the password, click the Change
Password link in the navigation menu.

Registration Indicators

Scroll down in the lower pane of the home page to view
the registration information indicators. The indicator colors
identify the cable modem's registration status for each
registration function.

Overview of the Connection Center's Pages

Cable Company

This page displays information needed by your cable service
provider.

User Equipment

This page allows you to view information about your
computer's connection to the Internet. If you have multiple
computers connected to your cable modem via a hub, the
information about each one is shown on this page.
