    SHARED CALL APPEARANCE (SCA) The GXP2200 supports shared call appearance by Broadsoft standard. This feature allows members of the SCA group to shared SIP lines and provides status monitoring (idle, active, progressing, hold) of the shared line. When there is an incoming call designated for the SCA group, all of the members of the group will be notified of an incoming call and will be able to answer the call from the phone with the SCA extension registered.

    Note: When the GXP2200 boots up, it will issue TFTP or HTTP request to download a configuration XML file named "cfgxxxxxxxxxxxx" followed by "cfgxxxxxxxxxxxx.xml", where "xxxxxxxxxxxx" is the MAC address phone, i.e., "cfg000b820102ab" "cfg000b820102ab.xml". download "cfgxxxxxxxxxxxx.xml" file is not successful, the provision program will download a generic cfg.xml file. The configuration file name should be in lower case letters.
