Oven Door Assembly

The oven door can be separated into 2 assemblies.
The outer assembly consists of the outer door
frame, outer glass, heat defl ector, top and bottom
trims, and a replaceable door handle. The inner
assembly is made up of the inner panel, inner glass
assembly, heat barrier, door gasket, and replaceable
door hinge assemblies.
Caution: The door is very heavy. Use the correct
lifting procedure. Do not lift the door by the handle.
To remove the oven door assembly:
1.
Open the door fully.
2.
Pull the hinge locks from the locked position
down toward the door frame, to the unlocked
position.
3.
Firmly grasp both sides of the door at the top.
4.
Close door to the door removal position.

Range Components

Lift door up until the hinge arms are clear of the
slots.
To replace the oven door assembly:
1.
Firmly grasp both sides of the door at the top.
With the door at the same angle as the removal
position, seat the indentation of each hinge arm
into the bottom edge of the hinge slot.
2.
Fully open the door.
3.
Push the hinge locks up against the front frame
of the oven cavity, to the locked position.
4.
Close the oven door.
