Installation (for qualified installers only)
Rheostat Installation
The rheostat is installed in the control panel (1-piece panels) or on the surround panel (3-piece panels). If installing in
the surround panel, use the included extension wires (extension wires not required if mounted in control panel).
Attach the rheostat wires to the wiring harness and secure to either the control panel or surround panel. Make sure
the wires do not contact any hot or moving parts.
On/Off Switch Installation
The on/off switch may be installed in the surround panel (preferred for 3-piece panels) or control panel ( on 1-piece
panel or inside-fit panels). See below for installation details.
Upper Right of Trim

Disconnect the red and brown wires leading to the on/off switch.

Insert the wires through the rectangular mounting hole.

Attach the wires to the top and bottom posts on one side of the switch. It does not matter which
wire is on top.

Press the switch into the rectangular mounting hole until it locks into place.
