Select the crankshaft journal bearings from the
following table according to the number
stamped on the inside of the crankcase.
Left crankshaft journal bearing:

0 white
1 blue
2 black
3 brown
4 green
Right crankshaft journal bearing:
BEARING COLOR
CODE
0 white
1 blue
2 black
3 brown
4 green
After replacing the crankshaft journal bearings,
be sure to check the journal oil clearance.

6. Measure:
• crankshaft width
Out of specification → Replace the crank-
shaft.
