4 Disassembly and Assembly
4-2 Disassembling the Case Lower Block
4-2-1 Ass'y Printer
1. Open the ASS'Y COVER PRINTER(A) and lift it off. (Page6-1. 6-2)
2. Separate the GROUND WIRE(ⓐ,ⓦ) from the ASS'Y CASE LOWER(E). (Page6-9)
3. Remove the four screws(E-1) from the PMO-HOLDER PRINTER(C-5-24) and
PMO-PAPER SUPPLY (C-4-2).(Page6-5)
4. Separate the ASS'Y PRINTER(C) from the ASS'Y CASE LOWER(E). (Page6-9)
4-2-2 Ass'y Main PBA, Fiscal PBA and I/F PBA
1. Separate the nine harnesses(ⓒ,ⓓ,ⓔ,ⓜ,ⓝ,ⓕ,ⓣ,ⓠⓡ,C-8) and remove the three screws(E-3).
2. Lift up the PBA-MAIN BOARD(E-2) and ASS'Y FISCAL BOARD(E-16) from the
PMO-CASE LOWER(E-24).(page 6-9)
3. Separate the harness (ⓔ) and Remove the two screws(E-11). (page6-9)
4. Lift up the PBA-I/F BOARD(E-12).(page6-9)
4-2-3 Ass'y Power PBA, and Power Trans
1. Separate the harnesses( ,
2. Separate the TRANS-POWER (E-5) from the IPR-BRKT TRANS(E-15).(page6-9)
3. Separate the harnesses(ⓗ,ⓙ,ⓚ) and Remove the two screws(E-8). (page6-9)
4. Lift up the PBA SUB POWER SW(E-9) from the IPR-BRKT TRANS(E-15).(page6-9)
5. Remove the five screws(E-6:3PCS, E-7:2PCS) and Separate the IPR-BRKT TRANS(E-15)
from the PMO-CASE LOWER(E-24).(page6-9)
