10.1 Selecting and starting GourmetSteam

For the programme «GourmetSteam» the filled water container must
be installed in the compartment provided.
For recipes that do not requiring preheating, place the food in the cold
cooking space.
Preparing for, selecting and starting GourmetSteam is demonstrated using
«G16 Chocolate surprise» as an example.
Prepare the chocolate surprise following the recipe in the recipe book.
