Food probe temperature

The food probe has to be plugged in order to set the food probe
temperature.
The food probe temperature depends on the cut of meat and the
desired level of doneness.
Follow the advice given in T
Setting
Select the desired operating mode and cooking space temperature.

As long as the food probe temperature is below 30 °C,
