Unperforated cooking tray
• For cooking meat, fish, sauerkraut, rice, millet,
cereal products, soaked pulses, chickpeas, etc.
Available in different sizes and depths.
Perforated cooking tray
• For cooking fresh or frozen vegetables, meat and
fish.
Available in different sizes and depths.
Unperforated cooking tray with lip
• For extracting juice from berries, fruit, etc.
• Serves as a drip tray for collecting condensate from
food.
Roller runner
• For safely pulling out one or more baking trays/wire
shelves in order, for instance, to baste a joint of
meat or to take out a baking tin.
