Attach the front cart frame to pre-drilled hole of the left & right side panel, tighten them with 4 pcs 1/4” screws.

  • Page 12 Assembly Instruction continued Firebox Assembly: A. Place the firebox on the cart frame horizontally & gently and make the side burner gas valve across the hole of the right side panel. ( need two or three persons lift the firebox up since the firebox is heavy) .
  • Page 13 Assembly Instruction continued Side shelf and Side Burner Assembly: Assemble the side shelf to the left side panel and the side burner to the right side panel respectively with 4pcs ¼*15 mm screws, as the figure show below. Attention: the side shelf and side burner should be similarly screwed the packing.
  • Page 14 Assembly Instruction continued E: Install the brass connector into the side burner pipe. tighten the brass connector to the side burner pipe bracket by wrench. then connect the igniter wire to the valve, see figure below. F: Attach the knob to the knob bezel and using the Allen wrench which was in hardware bag to tighten it .

  • Page 16 Assembly Instruction continued J: Remove the ignition button housing cap. Insert the battery into the housing with the positive(+) terminal facing outward. Screw the ignition button housing back into place. H: Place 1pcs grease tray to the bottom of side burner and 2pcs grease tray to the bottom of main firebox.
  • Page 17 Assembly Instruction continued I: Using 2pcs 5/32” screws secure the rotisserie motor bracket , then install the motor on motor bracket and insert the spit rod with forks and scarf collar shown in the figure below. J: Raise the gas tank retention ring located inside the cart on the right panel. place gas tank into the gas tank hole.
