    Assembly Instruction PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY AND FOLLOW STEP BY STEP. TOOLS REQUIRED: (1)PHILIPS HEAD SCREWDRIVER-NOT PROVIDED STEP 1: Assemble the panel of the side burner with four screws, as shown below. Screw size: 1/4 x 10mm Washer size: 1/4 STEP 2: Assemble the side shelf with four screws, as shown below.
  • Page 10 Assembly Instruction continued STEP 3: The screws used to attach the side burner module are already screwed into the left panel (see the figure below). Remove the screws from the left panel, align with the holes on the side burner module, and then re-screw into the holes on the left panel of the grill.
  • Page 11 Assembly Instruction continued STEP 4: Insert valve stem assembly into control panel, align and tighten knob bezel and valve stem with two screws and two washers. Then connect the ignition wire to the valve. STEP 5: Place knob on valve stem and secure with wrench.

To install the battery, turn counterclockwise to remove the ignition button cap. Restore the ignition button cap after the battery is installed.

LP gas cylinder must be fitted with a listed overfill prevention device (OPD). Secure liquid propone gas cylinder in the slide-out tray using the gas cylinder retention screw.

Remove the main burner from the firebox by loosening the screw near the back wall of the firebox. Locate LP-Orifice at access hole in front wall of fire box. Replace LP orifice with NG orifice (1.62 mm) in the NG orifices pack.
