Choose Heart rate control exercise programs which
include TARGET, HILL, and INTERVAL.

DISTANCE and CALORIES.
Choose TRAINING exercise programs which include GERKIN,
USB, CUSTOM 1, CUSTOM 2 and CUSTOM 3.
