For example.
even if you start dialing

after pressing
the line key, the dial signal
is sent
out to the outside
line only after the specified

has elapsed.

is for when

is a risk of the dialing
tone from the switchboard
of the connected

or of a wrong
connection

made.

the [FLASH]

is pressed,
even though
this may be longer
than

set for it
