SSD TOLL RESTRICTIONS OVERRIDE
Calls from specified SSD numbers are not restricted even on telephones set for toll
restriction Types O-3.
(00-89)#: Calls can be made by SSD code 00-89 despite restrictions.

Type 0:
Cannot place or receive outside calls. Only intercom
