Storing a Reject Reason entry

Line information

Use this option to view information about the current line (DN).
To access the Line Information option, tap the View soft key, use the Up/Down
navigation keys to scroll and select 5. Line Information, and tap the Select soft
key.
1. Use the dialpad to enter or edit the reject reason.
2. Perform one of the following:
• Tap the Ok soft key to accept the changes and
or
return to the View menu.
• Tap the Cancel soft key to discard your
changes.
