Adding a call subject to a call from your Address book
Select
1. Go off hook, either by picking up the handset or
2. Tap the View soft key
3. Use the Up/Down navigation keys to scroll and
4. Tap the Select soft key.
5. Press the Subject soft key.
6. Use the Up/Down navigation keys to scroll and
7. Perform one of the following:
Add Cancel
8. Press the Directory soft key.
9. Scroll to the entry you wish to call.
10.Tap the Select soft key to make the call.

select 3. Call Subject.
select one of the following:
• 1. none
• 2. Busy
• 3. On Vacation
• 4. Offline
• Tap the Select soft key to select the selected
status entry.
• Tap the Add soft key to create a new status
entry.
• Tap the Cancel soft key to discard your
changes.
