■ Transmitting a call
IDAS operaton allows you to make a call to a specfc sta-
ton (Indvdual call) or to a partcular group (Talkgroup call).
Other dgtal mode transcevers on the channel wll not re-
ceve a call that does not match ther ndvdual or talkgroup
ID and/or RAN (Rado Access Number) code.
D Transmitting a Voice Call
q Push [Digital Button] to enter the applcaton selecton
mode.
• "VOICE" appears.
• To change the call type, push and hold [Digital Button] for 1 sec.
durng stand-by operaton. After changng, the transcever en-
ters the applcaton selecton mode automatcally.

w Push [Digital Button] agan to enter the Indvdual or
Talkgroup ID selecton mode.
• The pre-programmed ID name s dsplayed.
• When ID name s not programmed, ID code s dsplayed.
• When you want to send a voce message to all transcevers
wthn the communcaton range, use the 'All Call' functon–—
select the ID code "65535".
e Push [CH Up] or [CH Down] to select the desred ID
name (or ID code).
• Dependng on the pre-settng, you can nput the ID drectly.

r Push and hold [PTT], then speak nto the mcrophone
to send a voce message to the selected staton or talk-
group.
t Release [PTT] to receve.

Dependng on the pre-settng, you can use the quck ID se-
lecton for the Voce Call.
➥ Durng stand-by operaton, push the desred dgt key ([1]
to [9] or [0]) to enter the ID selecton mode.
