Note:
If there is no more space in the phonebook, "PB FULL" will appear on the display.
8.9 Edit an entry
In idle:
Press to show "PHONEBOOK".
Press and / to show "EDIT".
Press and the display will show the first phonebook entry in alphabetical order.
Scroll / until you see the contact you want to edit.
Press and the cursor will appear at the end of the name.
Edit the name, pressing
Press and the cursor will appear at the end of the number.
Edit the number, pressing
Press and the display will show the current melody choice.
Press / to change the melody, if required.
Press to save the changes.
8.10 View an Entry
In idle:
Press to show "PHONEBOOK".
Press to show "VIEW".
Press and / to select the desired phonebook entry.
Press to see and hear the melody for that entry.
Press / to go to other entries.
8.11 Delete an Entry
In idle:
Press to show "PHONEBOOK".
Press and / to show "DELETE".
Press and / to select the desired phonebook entry.
Press to display "CONFIRM?".
Press to confirm the delete, or
8.12 Delete All Phonebook Entries
In idle:
Press to show "PHONEBOOK".
Press and / to show "DELETE ALL".
Press to display "CONFIRM?".

8.13 View Phonebook Capacity
In idle:
Press to show "PHONEBOOK".
Press and / to show "PB STATUS".
Press to display how much of the phonebook is being used, for example "33/50 USED" means 33
entries are stored out of the total 50 available spaces.

CALLER DISPLAY (NETWORK DEPENDENT)

This feature is available if you have subscribed to the Caller Display service with your network service
provider. Your phone can store up to 20 received calls with date/time information in the base and cordless
handset Call Lists. The number will be shown on the handset and base displays when the phone is ringing.
If the number matches with one of the entries in your base and/or handset Phonebook, the caller's name
stored in that phonebook will be displayed alternately with the number on the handset, and with the
number on the base.
