Delay refers to the time duration that the alarm output remains in effect after alarm occurs.
Note:
If you choose Manual, you need to manually disable the alarm output.

Click Edit to enter the Edit Schedule Time interface. The time schedule configuration is the
same as the Setting of the Arming Schedule for Motion Detection. Refer to Step 2 Set the Arming
Schedule for Motion Detection in Section 8.4.1 Configuring Motion Detection.

Return to the Alarm Output Settings interface and click Save to save the settings.

Select the channel you want to trigger recording when a motion detection event occurs.

Click Save to save the settings of linking method motion detection.

8.4.2 Configuring External Alarm Input

Steps:
1.
Click Remote Configuration> Alarm Settings> Alarm Input to enter the Alarm Settings interface.
2.
Choose the alarm input number and the Alarm Type. The alarm type can be NO (Normally Open) and NC
(Normally Closed).
