Once tightened, close the quick release lever with force to clamp and lock the axle into the dropouts.
The force must be strong enough for the axle not to become loose later. It should take some effort to
close the lever but not so much that you are straining or feel you are damaging the quick release. You
should not be able to open the quick release lever with 1 finger.
Test to see if the quick release lever will open with 1 finger, if it opens you must perform the previous
step again until the quick release lever clamp is tight.
