Playing Back the Alarm Data List
on the Tape

When the tape is inserted, the VCR rewinds the
tape to the beginning.

Press SEARCH/AUDIO ON until "AL L" flashes
in the display window.

Press REW m.
The ALARM DATA list appears.
To change the page of the ALARM DATA, press
FF M or REW m. (You may have to press the
button a few times.)

The tape runs to the set alarm count and the
playback picture appears in the still mode.

Example:
To go to the 11th alarm count
Press MENU + or – to display 11 and press
FF M. At the specified alarm count, "00" appears in
the display window.
To go to the 15th alarm count after going to the
11th
Press MENU + or – to display 04 and press
FF M. At the specified alarm count, "00" appears in
the display window.
To go back to the 7th alarm count after going to the
11th
Press MENU + or – to display 04 and press REW m.
At the specified alarm count, "00" appears in the
display window.
To go to the 100th alarm data from the beginning
of the tape
Press FF M when 00 appears.
Notes
• In ALARM DATA REC ON mode, be sure not to press
REW m after the cassette on which the ALARM DATA
list is recorded has been inserted. If you do, the recorded
ALARM DATA list may be erased and replaced with new
one.
• In ALARM DATA REC ON mode, if you do the above
procedurs using the tape on which the alarm data is not
recorded, a still picture will be displayed at the point where
the alarm recording has been made.
• While searching for the ALARM DATA list, the VCR will
rewind the tape when the tape comes to the end and stop at
the beginning of the tape.
• You can search for the ALARM DATA list only when the
alarm speed is set to SP 2H (when using T-120 or T-160
tape in SP recording mode), EP 6H (when using T-120
tape in EP recording mode), or EP 8H (when using T-160
tape in EP recording mode) and the recorded section is
longer than 20 seconds.
