You may add new users with varying authorities.
Upto 50 user IDs in total can be registered.
User list
> Take the following steps to add a new user.
1. Press [Add] button to call up a User Setup window.
2. Enter the username and password of the new user.
(The passwords should be a combination of alphabetical
characters and numbers and should be in 4 letters
or longer.)
3. Reconfirm the password you entered above.
4. Select the user authority level and press [Save].
- Administrator: Admin users may have a full control
over all the functionalities of the device, including various
adjustments of the settings using the setup menus.
- Power user: Power users have access to all the
functionalities except for the setups or any operation
that changes the configuration of the device. The
advanced users may have access to real time video
images and control the audio functionality.
- Normal user: Normal users may have access to only
the real time video images, which is the lowest level
of authorization.
- Custom User: Custom users may log on to the system
and view the real time video feed only when 'Anonymous
Access' is permitted.
