Rack cable routing with external cabling

5.5.1

Cable routing in the lower area

Cables can be routed in the lower area:
within asymmetrical racks: only on the left (frontside view)
within symmetrical 700 mm racks: on the right and on the left (frontside view)
as well as in the back of the 19-inch server area.
Cable routing through the raised floor
Cable outlets (see graphics on the next pages):
1. Rear rack floor

Cable routing through the rack floor at the rear side is only possible,
if no integrated cable management (CMA) is configured in HU1 and
HU2 (depending on the thickness of the cable bundle).
2. Lateral cable channels
3. Cable outlet at cat door
4. Cable outlet on top cover
