If a minor problem occurs, it usually can be solved quite easily when the cause is found by using the check list below.

Troubleshooting

Cleaner won't turn on.
Agitator brush roll brushes aren't turning.
Cleaner won't pick up.
Cleaner hard to push.
Cleaning tools won't pick up.
Powered pet hair cleaning tool agitator brush roll won't turn.
What's the solution?
Plug unit in firmly.
Replace fuse or reset circuit.

Select a suitable carpet mode setting.
Disconnect cleaner from electrical outlet. Turn cleaner over and
remove any debris that has accumulated on the agitator brush
roll.

Select another carpet height setting on the Surface Selector
control dial.
