General Repair
Explanation
̶ Lower the presser foot
̶ Lower feed dog
̶ Incorrect needle for the stitch plate
selected
̶ Needle is not in the highest position
̶ Upper thread used up
̶ Lower thread indicator has reacted
̶ Main motor is not running
̶ Needle position doesn't correspond to
center of hoop
̶ Attaching the Module

⦁ the presser foot is lowered
⦁
press the «Feed dog»-button. The feed dog is lowered
⦁
check settings in securing program
⦁ turn handwheel
⦁
attach new upper thread spool and thread
⦁
check lower thread and wind if necessary
⦁
check hook system. Remove any thread lint from the hook
area/bobbin case
⦁ adjust according to User Instructions page 47
⦁ position the module correctly to the sewing computer. Plug
the cable in the outlet provided
⦁ an animation shows that emboidery software is loaded
